Carnivore75Hard: The Program

I’m sure by now many of you have seen Joe Rogan’s anecdotal share about the powers of Carnivore. If you haven’t seen my short video on his POV, I recommend watching this short video. Warning: He does use some profanity but it’s still worth watching.

You can watch it here.

Congratulations to all that completed the 100 day #Carnivore75Hard community mental fitness challenge! What a life changing 100 days?!

So now what? You feel amazing. Do you go back to your old habits? Do you re-introduce everything you eliminated?

Ideally, no. If you start to eat everything again, you will begin to feel how you did pre-Carnivore75Hard pretty quickly. If you want to reintroduce plant foods, ideally, you introduce each food singularly for a period of time. If you have no reaction from your baseline symptoms, then you can probably include this new food without issues. If you have a food that makes you feel worse (e.g., bloat, foggy, lethargic, etc.), you need to make a decision: do you eat this favorite food and feel less than ideal or do you choose to do without but feel better? It’s a balance you will need to make. The silver lining in this all is that you can now pinpoint which foods make you feel less than ideal.

Do this over and over for each food you want to reintroduce.
