THE COMPLETE NUTRITIONAL BREAKDOWN⠀

I hope this graphic empowers you to eat meat-based. I had several of you ask about my sources, so here they are:⠀

SOURCES: ⠀
https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/ ⠀
https://nutritiondata.self.com/⠀
https://www.naehrwertrechner.de/ ⠀
http://koreanfood.rda.go.kr/eng/fctFoodSrchEng/list⠀
https://naehrwertdaten.ch/de/search/#/food/259382⠀

I use the USDA but it has a lot of missing info. So for good measure, I check internationally as they often have databases with more info. There’s more that I cite in the endnotes and bibliography of @CarnivoreCure. Who knew book writing had so many nuances!⠀

Here’s some updates:⠀
.⠀
1️⃣ I realized after my manuscript was done for @CarnivoreCure, I needed to put in more effort into all the other pieces of the book as I’m self-publishing. I was approached to write 2 books that split up Carnivore Cure into an intro guide to Carnivore + the elimination protocol but I just can’t let go of my baby. The writing part was a breeze. Now the editing, layout, index and fitting about 80,000 words, 800+ citations and 150+ color graphics is a lot of work.⠀
.⠀
2️⃣ I watch my kids full time, as everyone is right now. And as I’m a nutritionist, it’s hard for me to make meals last priority. I try to spend quality time and cook nutrient-dense meals at home as often as I can.⠀
.⠀
3️⃣ Probably way too early to share but I’m in talks to write…
