I finally got around to writing the blog post on my take on the Ray Peat diet.

🕳I probably could have dug down so many rabbit holes but there is sufficient information there to help you have a better take on the need for carbohydrates for hormone health (or not).

✌🏼I was very frank in my discussion and tried to be as courteous as possible.

⛑It’s the longest blog post I’ve written and I also share my bloodwork over the years.
