We have to be honest with ourselves.

šŸ‚I am all for nutrient density and sourcing foods of the highest quality.

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ«In my earliest days of teaching nutrition, I even focused on it (from training).

šŸ‘„But this quickly changed once I started working with one-on-one clients.

šŸ’”Not everyone can afford the highest quality.

ā“Should nutrition and wellness be limited to the wealthy?

No.

šŸ„©This is one of the beauties of a meat-only diet: We remove so much of the other toxins from processed foods (vegetable oils, added sugars, and additives) that we donā€™t have to only source from the purest quality animals.

ā“Is it IDEAL to source the highest quality?

Yes.

ā“But is it REAL life?

No.

šŸ„€If you fear eating out because of toxins in the grain-fed restaurant meats, the plastic cups used to hold your non-filtered, PFA water, and worried that the meat was cooked in seed oils-that just doesnā€™t sound fun.

šŸ„€But staying home, isolating, and controlling all your food doesnā€™t sound fun either.
