Microblog: We Must Always Be Honest with Ourselves
We have to be honest with ourselves.
šI am all for nutrient density and sourcing foods of the highest quality.
š©š»āš«In my earliest days of teaching nutrition, I even focused on it (from training).
š„But this quickly changed once I started working with one-on-one clients.
š”Not everyone can afford the highest quality.
āShould nutrition and wellness be limited to the wealthy?
No.
š„©This is one of the beauties of a meat-only diet: We remove so much of the other toxins from processed foods (vegetable oils, added sugars, and additives) that we donāt have to only source from the purest quality animals.
āIs it IDEAL to source the highest quality?
Yes.
āBut is it REAL life?
No.
š„If you fear eating out because of toxins in the grain-fed restaurant meats, the plastic cups used to hold your non-filtered, PFA water, and worried that the meat was cooked in seed oils-that just doesnāt sound fun.
š„But staying home, isolating, and controlling all your food doesnāt sound fun either.
