Being patient is counterintuitive to our fast-paced, modern lives.

🤒But living our fast-pace, modern, now, now, now lives is getting us sick.

⛑We share our thoughts on patience and the healing (mental health and weight loss) we’ve seen by being patient.

🎤In my 2020 KetoCon talk, I talked about the power of habits, mindset and community. I try to practice this daily. Mindset is part of the reason I’m not on social media much.

⏰One way we can practice good habits is choose to win our days daily. In an upcoming YouTube video, I share how I maximize my time daily.

📅A big way I am able to move big rocks and get things done is by focusing on day-to-day wins.

🥵Focusing on NEVER eating chocolate again or eating ONLY meat seems so daunting. Needing to lose 100 pounds is a lot.

💡Stop focusing on the long term goal and instead make plans each day, to help you achieve the long term goal.

This is the POWER of Daily Wins (Habits, Days, etc.).

⚖️When we first venture into a new diet, we think we will get so much done in a week but we UNDERESTIMATE what we can do in a year.
