WHAT CAN WE DRINK ON A MEAT-BASED DIET?

No, not alcohol, although we do mention alcohol.

💧The ideal drink on carnivore is water.

🧂If you consider minerals, unrefined salt or sole water (soaked overnight) is ideal.

💡Adding some iodine in the mornings is also ideal.

🥘If bone broth is considered a drink, I definitely recommend homemade bone broth for collagen, glycine and minerals.

💦I have an article or two on tap water vs. ideal filtered water. So make sure to check it out.

⚠️@lauraespath and I also talk about why tap water and reverse osmosis water is not ideal.

🥫We even talk about why canned drinks aren’t ideal.

🎙There is no ideal water or sparkling water and we discuss the reasons on the CATG podcast.

☕️Coffee is a tough one. But if you drink coffee, try to stick to one cup in the mornings and limit after 12PM.

💤The main reason coffee isn’t ideal later in the day is because of the half-life of caffeine. If you’re a coffee drinker and having trouble sleeping at night, you may want to reduce your coffee consumption.
